Two men arrived to stop the leak in the kitchen faucet. I thought that one should have been enough. I did give my permission to take the faucet apart so they could make an estimate based on what needed replacement. I believed they were replacing the cartridges, but the invoice stated they replaced springs. Quote started out at $195.00 and ended at $150.00. I am a senior citizen and would not have agreed to this price had I not been desperate and they knew it. I'll know better in the future.

The work quality was great, no qualms about this. I did have an issue regarding the appointment time and the estimate. I work in Arvin and the only available slot was at 2:00 PM. I left work early and got home at 1:45. At 2:25 I had not heard anything so I called the office to inquire their whereabouts. I was told they got tied up with the job before me. I think it is their responsibility to advise and keep me posted on their arrival. After explaining to them and showing them water dripping from the ceiling, I was told it would be $125 to go to the attic and check out what is wrong. I got the impression the estimate was free? Since it was about 3:30, it would be difficult to get another quote before 5:00 PM. With the carpet soaking wet and wanting to get this disaster
