After calling my home warranty company and 3 other plumbers, prior to robo plumbing arriving, I was told that I would have to rip out all of the pipes in my bathroom and replace them. My bathroom tub had very slow water pressure and shortly after my sink in my bathroom also began to run slowly but only on the hot water side. After robo plumbing arrived he took everything apart and discovered that it was a simple fix I just needed to replace my cartridges he was able to get the water flowing and even told me that it would probably be less expensive if I wanted to try to do it myself but he was more than willing to do the job but I opted to do it myself because it was a lot more cost efficient that way and I saw how easy it was to just pop a new cartridge in. I was very impressed with his honesty and his thoroughness he did what none of the other plumbers were able to do and he didn't try to up sell me or rip me off. Being a woman I felt pretty taken advantage of by the other plumbers who told me I needed to recipe my entire house. I would highly recommend robo plumbing Oscar Padilla is a great plumber thank you for your service and honesty.

The guys that came out did a great job. When I called, Cody told me it would be 1,200.00 and that covered everything I would need. It was another 400.00 then they gave me a senior discount for 30.00 off. The work was good but I think it was overpriced.

I called the home repair service company and they referred 3 different companies out to my home, and Robo plumbing was the most affordable, and professional. I was given an estimate and the company was hired to replace my water heater from a regular stand up to a tankless, and replace my disabled son's commode to a commercial. I had inquired information about the tankless water heater and a commercial commode, and I was not informed of the specifications at that time, but the technician from Robo plumbing realized that the equipment that I was supposed to purchase was not the right equipment, and he telephoned the local bath and kitchen remodeling company and ordered the right material.
