**** DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY **** * They Don't tell you when they are coming. * Their phone system does not work * If you need service or any help they will tell you it takes 2-3 days to get back to you * DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY RUDE PEOPLE ANSWERING THE PHONES The service was scheduled for Monday the 23rd, I had called their office and spoke to Ashley and requested a different date, which I called a week prior to confirmed and then Friday the 20th and according to their records I was scheduled for service. Monday comes and nobody shows up so i placed the called and no schedule I had missed a full day of work waiting and no service. WASTED MY ENTIRE DAY WAITING AND AFTER 3 PHONE CALLS HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THEY DIDNT GET THE DATE RIGHT!!! Called 2 weeks prior, a week prior and Friday before the service and still nobody showed up 1) Ashley was rude I was trying to explain the situation and she didn't care or listen her answer was " Okay I will transfer you " the worse rude person 2) THEIR PHONE SYSTEM IS TRASH !! DOES NOT WORK. you enter your phone number or account number, and the system tells you the account does not exist 3) good luck changing dates, they will NOW SHOW UP and change your appointment without any notification 4) hard to get a hold of someone if you need help, they will call you back within 1-2 days you have to leave a message. 5) CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORSE 6) IF YOU WANT OT CANCEL SERVICE YOU NEED AT LEAST 2-4 DAYS FOR TERMINIX TO CANCEL YOUR SERVICE *** THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ASHLEY YOU ARE THE RUDE TO CUSTOMERS AND DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS COMPLAINS ****************** 10/25/2023: called today to get my cancelation via Emaila nd they transfer me to some lady that said "good evening " when it was like 3pm" I had asked her nicely for a copy of the cancelation receipt " and she was RUDE!! " it was sent " there is nothing else I can do for you, I had asked if she can send me another one and she said " NO" and hanged up *************DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PEOPLE ****************** THE WORSE COMPANY ******

Terminix is not supposed to charge for follow up service. There was no communication from the technician whatsoever and I was never notified that they would charge for the follow up service which was free of charge in the past. The online scheduling specifically outlines that the follow up service is separate from the regular service and they absolutely must notify the customer if they are IGNORING the FREE follow up service request and moving up the regular service appointment instead, without even telling the customer. I would not use Terminix in the future because they don't even do a very good job in the first place and to add insult to injury, they overcharge and steal money from customers

The service techs are polite, listen to any issues and spray all areas around house and brush webs from outside ceiling areas. We used Terminex for about 7 yeare and cancelled a few months ago as the service costs were taking an increase we weren't happy with.

The experience was fine. I have been using them for a while.

We don't usually let them come in the house but every once in a while, we will let them come in. They will come back as many times as we want them to. They are always prompt. The first two contractors were good but the new guy is not as good but he is trying. The price is average. They are a little expensive but they do the job.

I have had them for about five years, but I did not get them through Angie's List, I have had them for a long time. They come every other month. They just show up and it is not like a schedule or anything. They call the night before, but they do not give me a certain time that they are coming.

I have been using them for three years now. They are just convenient, and you can call them in between your scheduled services. They come out for free, and they will spray again if you need them to. They are just people who are nice, and you can let them in your house to spray as you want. If you are not home and they spray outside, you can call them and they will come back within a few days to come inside the house if you want them to spray inside. It is just convenient and easy. They come out every 90 days. You can call them as many times as you need to in between the 90 days for ants or whatever. They come back out, and that is all part $88. You do not get charged extra.

They came on time and did what they were supposed to do. They were very nice and professional.

They are very flexible with their schedule and the effectiveness of the products they use are really good.

Every time they charge $69. We are happy with them. They are pretty cooperative and punctual.

I have a service contract for houses that I sell. The work done is very good.

They do what they say they are going to do. They install a bee trap and they monitor it. They are thorough and professional. I would continue using them.

I've been with them for five years. They're reliable and dependable. They do a good job.

We pay $62 every 3 months. They spray chemicals and do in door and out door. They bought out the company we previously used so that's how we chose them. Their professionalism is good.

I phoned company for an estimate, an appointment was made for the following day. Representative was 30 minutes late but did call towards end of 2 hour window to let us know. He was very thorough and professional. However we ended up going with a local company and cheaper estimate.

We are on a monthly contract and they do the job. They come in between if we call them and their pricing is reasonable. I will use them again in the future.

I like them because my technician is great. It is a pretty good price for the service partly because we have been using them for a long time. The technicians are always nice people.

I have a monthly contract with them. I spend around $32 a month. I have been using them for a year now. They come on different times. I am not sure they will come out. They do a good job, but they keep changing the team and also my schedule. So, I will be cancelling the contract with them shortly. I am planning to use another company.

It has been an excellent experience. The service man who does our house is always very, very friendly and we really like him. We will continue to use them.
