They did not performed the job because I am still waiting for their phone call to set the appointment. Luckily the job was perfectly done by another company which is not listed here. Never use this service again.

Susi does an outstanding job cleaning. She is reliable and trustworthy. She pays attention to little details. Couldn't be happier with her service.

We hired Susy's to clean our recently purchased house after we did a slight remodel. They were to clean all cabinets, closets and windows, as well as the usual house cleaning. There was no furniture in the house at the time, so it was just a general scrub so that we felt like we were the first ones in the home. Susy did a great job with the help of her husband and son. All the windows were sparkling and the house felt clean. Our only concern is that when I called her to come back out she never returned my calls. That is why I would not use her again.

They take care of cleaning of all the areas outside of the apartment complex that does not include gardening. Feedback from tenants is very good. Susana is very pleasant, sincere, and earnest.

Susy is the VERY BEST!!! She is very professional, personable, reliable, and thoughtful. She always asked if she could do something extra--take the folded clothes upstairs with her, for example. She actually told me that she really only needed to come monthly, but I insisted on bi-weekly and I'm so glad I did! While I was getting the condo ready for sale I was looking for people to do handyman-type tasks, and Susy came through again, with someone who installed mini-blinds throughout the home and someone to wash the windows inside and out, including those on the second floor. She is a jewel--I promise you won't be sorry you called her!

She dusted and vacuumed my three bedroom house.

Cleaning was done by Betty. My windows have not been this clean in years! The only thing that I would suggest for the future is to remove the screens, squirt them off, let them dry while windows are being cleaned. Betty cleaned my mother's house the following day.

Suzy was great responded very quickly and did a grate job

Suzy was initially hard to get a hold of in order to coordinate an estimate, but when we did finally hire her, Suzy did great work at a fair price. All rooms look great and she was very thorough.

Susy was able to fit us into her busy schedule very promptly. She showed up as scheduled, was very pleasant and professional, and performed an excellent job. The first visit was a little more expensive but return visits are less. She returns every 2 weeks for regular cleaning. My father is pleased w/ her service.

Susy was accommodating and arrived as arranged. I hid a key as I was at work the day she came. It all seemed to go off without a hitch!
