+ -1 moreCalled to get some estimates and when I explained to Sergio what was required ( I had extra tiles) he gave me a quote on the phone, had his team out within 1/2 hour and the job was completed within a couple of hours. The quote was $300 and I paid an additional $250 for a 2 year certification for no leaks. Good job and professional crew. They normally blow the debris off the roof but, because of our pool, asked for a brush and pan to clean.Good job!
Description of Work: A home inspection stated that some cement/concrete tiles ere cracked or broken and needed to be replaced and pipes to the roof needed caulking/tar.

+ -1 moreChad came out and gave us the estimate and we told him to go for it because we needed it done soon. He was able to move up the date of service for when we needed it instead of what was convenient for his company. He had two other men come out named Netti and another man. They started on the roof at 1 and by 3 they realized there was a lot more water damage than first estimated. They had me take a look and pointed it all out to me. He ended up sending out a few more men so they could finish the job that night. They fixed the problem and Chad stuck to his original estimate even though the work required about $500 more and more supplies were needed. They took a few extra steps as well to cut grooves into the tiles to make the rain flow more efficiently. I was impressed that they didn't even ask for more money even though it ended up costing the company more money. When they were done they brought a high pressure house up and tested the roof for about 20 minutes. I would say that they live up their name. They gave me superior service and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: We had water damage in our garage. We originally thought it was the gutter, but we hired him to find the locatoin of the leak and make the repair.
