+ -1 moreI'm the one who posted the glowing review of him saving me the night before Thanksgiving. He has been my SOLE plumber since I purchased my home in 2009. Until now. I called him and explained I had several plumbing issues: leaky toilet, resetting my sink faucets with the correct extenders in them. He said he was very busy and to call him on Monday of the following week - June 2nd. I did. He said he was really busy and to text him, which I did and got no response. I texted again on June 3rd and he replied he would let me know that he was really busy. I texted him on Tuesday June 10th asking to be put on the schedule for June 13th. No response. I've since called 3 times and every time he does not answer, nor does he return my voicemails. I cannot believe he could go from such an amazing plumber with an awesome reputation, to this. I'm a single mom and seriously value my vendors so to be treated in this manor is so unprofessional. I will be also be reaching out to the contractor who referred him with such high accolades so many years ago and let him know how this company is behaving now.
Description of Work: Nothing. He refused to put me on the schedule and eventually stopped answering the phone altogether when I called.

+ -1 moreThe owner was already home getting ready to deep fry his turkey for Thanksgiving. He not only answered his phone but came right over and cleared up the issue and saved MY Thanksgiving! I have used Salmeron's Plumbing multiple times in the past and he is ALWAYS professional, courteous, on time and does outstanding work. I have NEVER had to call him out twice for the same issue.
Description of Work: My kitchen sink totally plugged up the NIGHT BEFORE Thanksgiving. I was denied service by my home warranty company and Salmeron's came to the rescue AGAIN.

+ -1 moreSalmerons Plumbing Co. is excellent. I was in close contact with him and was watching his work. The professional approach that he applies and the planning that he did in laying out the pipes really impressed me. There's a lot going on in that particular process. It was not a trivial project. I had multiple shower heads and the pipes were really in a restrictive space. When the finished project was done. It was laid out and looked very professional. He knew what he was doing. If anyone has plumbing problem, I am confident this company will be able to solve their problem for that.
Description of Work: They installed a shower in my bathroom.
