+ -1 moreRudy solved the problem by redoing the duct work and making the return larger. Other companies wanted to sell me a whole new unit, Rudy said that wasn't necessary. I paid far less with Rudy and didn't buy anything I didn't need.
Description of Work: My upstairs AC unit wasn't installed correctly by the builder. It wasn't efficient or quiet.

+ -1 more.It went very well. I gave a B grade in quality because they didn't connect some wiring when installing the new unit, but Rudy came out right away the same day to correct it. B grade in price due to high labor cost, though the work took less than a day. Overall, I'm pleased with the work from Rudy's

Description of Work: My upstair air conditioning unit wasn't installed correctly by the builder. The duct work was severely constricted making it very inefficient, loud and expensive to run. I had three different companies come in to access it. Rudy's proposal made the most sense and was much more affordable. He rerouted my duct work, sealed everything, upsized my return (I knew it was way too small) and changed out all my vents to more efficient vents. It made a dramatic difference. No longer sounds like I'm hiding a jet engine upstairs. Work was done on time and exactly what I was quoted. If I ever need work done I again I will definitely call them.
