Excellent installation of new rails. Removed door trim, lifted out door, removed old 2 wheeled rollers, removed single track rail, installed double track rail, installed 2 four wheeled carriages, re-installed door, adjusted to fit door frame, reinstalled trim, calked trim - all in less than 1 hour for each door. The lifetime warranty was made good on a rail which was installed 10 years ago which was somehow getting sidetracked. Chris removed the obstruction and replaced the whole rail and carriage assembly and made it work just like new. No charge.

Everything went was done from start to finish so well that I was very pleased & impressed with the job. The heavy duty track & roller system he installed will handle a door up to 300 lbs. to say the least I am very pleased with Cris Brandon's Pocket Door Repair Co.
Description of Work: Our pocket door (door that slides inside the wall) has been jumping the raiol & getting stuck (open & closed) for several years. I had a contractor repair it for $375.00. It functioned properly for a few months. I did not know that they were called pocket doors. I saw an ad in The Bakersfield Home Magazine for pocketdoor repair. I called & asked if they could come by & see if they could fix my door. Cris Brandon said he did not need to come by to check the door, that that what he did for a living & he would fix the door. We made the appointment for Friday morning 11/16 at 9 am. Cris arrive at 8:50 am. He carefully removed the moldind on the one side of the doorway, pulled out the door, removed all the old hardware, relaced it all with new hardware (which he showed me & explained how it worked), hung the door back up, replaced the molding. The door fuctioned perfectly. This comes with a lifetime guarantee. Cris cleaned up what little there was to clean up, carried he tools out to his truck, gave me the bill (which I felt was a bargain) & left the house at 10:05 am.
