Plumbing Doc

All was repaired quickly. I thought I would need a new faucet, but they were able to repair the one I had. I thought that the price was very reasonable. The repair men were very friendly and professional.

He was professional , on time and job done quick I would recommend.

I called Rick at 6:15 PM and he walked me through what to do over the phone for free. By 6:30 PM my garbage disposal was working like a dream.

Arrived when they said they would. He was courteous and didn't dawdle. Was pleased with the service. He didn't try to sell me other things as so many service people do.

tPrompt response, professional appearance and work, very courteous. Price was a little high but worth it because of the quick response and clean professional work done. Original installation of one of the water heaters was poorly done. Example of this was the top vent was routed into the attic but the connection to the roof vent was not aligned so the vent was left unattached. They corrected this during the installation of the new water heater instead of just leaving it as the original installation had the vent routed. Not only was the installation of the new water heaters well done but they were also very good about cleaning up before they left the work area.

Changing out a sink and faucet and turned off the main supply line. After doing so, found that the gate valve was stripped that controlled our main supply line. We called and on a Friday and The Plumbing Doc had someone here within an hour. Jack was professional and knew what the problem was when I explained it. He explained what he would have to do to change out the valve. He recommended a 1/4 turn ball valve for longevity. Once the part was obtained the process was pretty fast. I definitely recommend The Plumbing Doc and will be using them for any future needs.

I've used the Plumbing Doc twice. Most recently to install a kitchen faucet. They were prompt and affordable. They did not try to talk me into fixing things I didn't need to and made recommendations on how I could save money. I can not remember what I paid, but it was reasonable. I would use them again.

Quick and efficient work, technician's were pleasant and helpful. This is the 2nd time I have used the Plumbing Doc and I will use them again whenever I have plumbing issues. I used a different plumber a few years ago and they were slow and expensive. Plumbing Doc is much more reasonably priced and quick.

One guy came and he was super helpful. He had a look at the faucet and we decided that the scope of work was going to be more than we wanted to do, and so he didn’t charge us for the visit. Then later we called him back and decided that we wanted to do something else with the problem and so he came back out and that’s when we used the Angie's List coupon for the work, so he actually came out twice for the same problem.

When Tim came out he found that I needed "guts" for both of my toilets and the drain in my master bathroom sink unclogged. The $98 service call was only for one hour labor so I had to pay an additional $60 for the parts for both toilets. Everything was completed in just under an hour. Very pleased with the work.

It was fine. They came and took care of what I needed done. There was no additional cost. I already had the faucet, they just replaced it. They did a good job and I'll have them back again when I need them.

They were on time and did a great job!! They were friendly and very professional. We had purchased the Angie's List $98 special for a service call and 1 hour of labor. It was definitely a good purchase and we would use them again!

Plumbing Doc was willing to come out Sunday night to help me, but I said it could wait till Monday morning, They arrived very promptly, They assessed the problem and went right to work. One of the replacement parts they brought was defective, not wanting to put that part in, they bought a new part. It was installed and ready to go in a total of 25 min, I was very pleased with the plumbers that came out, Rick and CJ, they were very courteous, professional and considerate of my home, This is the 2nd time (The first time was for a clogged Main Line (shower, tub and toilet) I have used Plumbing Doc and I am very pleased with their service and prices. I would definitly call them back anytime I needed help.

They did a good job. They were fast and I was happy.

They ran at no extra charge the camera where I could see where the rest of the pipe would not deteriorate. They did an excellent job doing this work and there wasn't any problem with them. There was a tenant of mine who had a leaky faucet and I thought I would send them to check on that. He probably did something but there was more to it and the tenant told me a few weeks later it was still leaking. Plumbing work is kind of divided into two types of work. One type is heavy duty work and the other things are kind of smaller lighter duty work. I thought they did an excellent job on the sewer line but not so good on the little things.

The plumber showed up late Sunday night to fix plumbing emergency. He worked so hard to unclog a tricky pipe. He was very quick, professional, and was conscious of mess/cost of certain ways to go about fixing the problem. When he handed us the bill I thought it was a "down payment!" That is how affordable it was! :)

They stayed to the exact price quoted, even though it took more than one pass to remove the material plugging the line. The two guys worked hard and one even cut his lip fairly bad. They were very courteous, efficient, & knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and will not hesitate to call them again. I believe it was Tim and Lewis but the time delay between then and now might have enabled my senility to change at least one of their names. The only reason I finally joined Angie's list (today) was so I could let others know and avail themselves to Plumbing Doc's services. I found them on Angie's list through a friend who belongs. So Angie, I joined just so I could make others aware of my experience and allow them the same professional service and fair prices.

It went very well. Plumber arrived on time.......went right to work figuring out problem and did the job. My pipes were tricky and the glue would not set but he stayed on continued work until all was working properly. He continued to keep me updated on his progress and apologized for the delay. He completed the work and cleaned up area leaving things as he found them. Very courteous and professional young man. We are extremely pleased with his service as well as the company

We have used the Plumbing Doc before and have always been very pleased with their services. They have done extensive work for us including: Snaking backed up plumbing twice, replacing poorly configured construction of the pipes out to the septic tank (i.e. replaced the 45 degree curves with wide sweeping curves), serviced our water heaters, replaced toilet components that we couldn't seem to get replaced/functional, and then today's event whereby the toilet paper roll fell into the toilet as it was flushing and it got stuck up in the throat of the toilet. They have always been very responsive, professional, up front about pricing, offering discounts for repeat business, and always meeting the timeframe agreed upon (or they let us know if they are running late - we're not just stuck here wondering). There are actually five or more local plumbers in this rural city, but we use Plumbing Doc, even though they come from 45 miles away and we know we're going to have a nominal travel charge to our bill. But, when you've been through what we've been through, you learn that you save money (and hassle and nerves) by using someone you can trust, and that does a good, sound job.

It went well. I called them in the morning to schedule an appointment and they came out the same day. It was a little pricey and it is $80 for the service call. He was professional, punctual and he did a great job. I would use them again.

Showed up 5 min early was very polite and took care of everything very fast. Price was cheaper than I was told over the phone. Great value great company with use them again for sure.

We originally had them perform the work on February 17, 2014 and sometime later found a slight drip from one of the valves. We called them and the owner's son Rick Jr. came out and took care of it promptly without charge. It is so rare today to find someone that has a good work ethic and takes pride in their work. This is very important in building confidence and trust in someone that you hire to work for you. We will definitely recommend the Plumbing Doc to our friends and neighbors.

I called Plumbing Doc because of the high ratings on Angie's List. The girl who answered scheduled a plumber according to my request and quoted a price for the service over the phone. The plumber was waiting for me at the house when I drove up. The house has been vacant for a few weeks and the kitchen sink was completely clogged and stinking terribly. He was very professional, took the drain trap apart, snaked the drain and let water run long enough for me to be satisfied that it was clear. He instructed me on how to help keep the drains flowing in the future. He was completely up front about pricing as I had asked to have another drain snaked when what is really needed is to have the septic system pumped. He said that once the septic system is pumped, they can come back out and snake any additional drains if necessary but that we would be wasting our money for him to do it before the system is pumped. I appreciated that.
