PERFECT RAIN GUTTERS

I wasn’t happy with the job they’ve done. I have 2 different color walls outside the house and the problem was , they used one color spout. The spout they used in the back went against the color of the wall and the manager who wrote the order should have caught it when I agreed to sign the contract. They claimed it was my fault but I feel that it was their job also to pinpoint that to the customer making sure I’m aware that the color of the spout wouldn’t match the color of the wall in the back of the house. They asked me to pay $50 more to change it. But I won’t waste my dime with this company anymore.

Needless to say, without estimates I went with other companies for the services I needed. I spent $1500 on rain gutters and $5800 on a patio awning and I'm extremely pleased with the companies who did these installations.

I asked about the free laptop with the installation. He said he didn't know about that he would have to ask the boss. |I went to the office where he said there were displays. The lady I asked for was rude chewing gum preoccupied with something else. When I asked questions she acted like I was a bother. The person that gave me the estimate was the owner. He returned to my home to ask me when he could start. I told him I chose someone else. He was angry I thought he was going to do something. He asked who was going to do the job I refused to tell him. BAD EXPERIENCE

Installed gutters as agreed . I woul use them again .

They did a good job. It leaked afterwards and he did a nice follow-up for us and corrected the problem. He is personable.

The patio cover required pouring a 7' by 22' concrete addition to the existing patio and adding a cover with enclosed roof and pot lights. The concrete pour (by sub) was fast and efficient and the crew installing the patio cover were fast and very professional. The patio cover is held up by 3 pillars which originally was a problem. They did not match what my wife had picked out. After some discussion they returned to install the correct pillars and the final job is beautiful and my wife and I are extremely pleased with the final product. The final cost including concrete and cover was about $5K. As the final touches were made to the patio cover they installed sections of gutter to fill in spots that I had missed during the first gutter installation. The 2 man crew showed up on time and were very thorough in clean up when they finished work at the end of the day and end of the project. My only complaint is that a couple of times communications with the rep was frustrating but in the end the company fulfilled all our wishes and took care of the concerns we had regarding the installation. I would recommend them and definitely use them again.
