PC & Laptop Repair Center

I accidentally knocked my husband's work laptop onto the floor (carpet) from the couch. We immediately realized that the screen/monitor no longer worked! We were worried because this happened on a Friday afternoon (Mother's Day weekend), so good luck getting an appointment, much less replacement parts before work Monday morning. I tried several local businesses, all booked into next week. I then noticed PC & Laptop Repair in the phone book and decided to try as they actually had "Laptop": in their name. From my initial contact with the woman on the phone (sorry I didn't get her name but I assume maybe owner's wife?) until my husband picked up his perfectly functioning laptop 3 hours later, I was completely impressed and more than satisfied with this business. And I've spent 15+ years in customer service so I'm a tough sell :). The woman was very knowledgeable and listened to my inquiry and responded thoroughly. My husband dropped off the laptop at maybe 1:30pm and felt confident in the competence of Roberto. He waited for his call and by 4pm my husband had a fully functioning laptop....screen operating like new. The best part was the $45 total bill. There was no padding of service costs or complicating of the problem.... Roberto located the broken wire behind the screen and repaired it immediately. PC & Laptop Repair Center will receive any future business from this family as well as any referrals that come up in the future. Fantastic local business!!!
