 + -1 moreThey were so helpful, they didn't try to push the most expensive thing down my throat. They explained everything; why and how to do everything. They are wonderful. When the other company wanted to give me a bid for cutting, they said, 'well, we sell the blade, you can cut it yourself.' The thing I liked about them is that they would hold an extra piece for you until you were done, to make sure you didn't need any more. They also said, 'if you don't use all of it, bring it back and we will refund it you for it.' It was awesome.
