owner never made one appointment on time putting off some appointment for days , no calls returned, only sent one person to do the work then after complaining after 4 days of very little work being completed. sent in a full crew that completed floor 3 days later . work was very good but to our surprise after signing his contract long before work started, that said no changes and the price was fixed. he added 200.00 dollars to the bill at the end of the job. He said the linoleum cost more than he estimated. . We checked and fount that was lie , on the contract gave the cost and the product we picked was a few dollars less..

There was a delay in starting the job because the contractor originally quoted the installation charge on the total square footage of lumber purchased, rather than the actual floor area to be covered. This includes the 10-15% extra lumber to allow for warped or damaged boards. E-mail and phone communication was a little slow. We came to terms and everything was good from there. The installers were very meticulous to grind down all high spots on the concrete slab for a flat floor, and rejected a lot of warped or questionable boards. We had to buy some additional lumber to complete the job, but the end result was worth it.

I've been really happy with them. They cleaned it up so the wood floor I'm going to put down will adhere better. They charge me the minimum charge of $500. They pulled up some tile we had trouble getting up and tar paper so they are taking care of me. I would highly recommend them. So far they are doing quality work. They've been great.
