MOR FURNITURE FOR LESS

I WOULD NEVER DO BUSSINESS THERE AGIAN!!! Sales persons treated my wife like a queen. The problem came with the delivery. They told us 4-6 weeks for delivery. We haven't received all of the furniture (8/12). We have made repeated calls and give 4+ different delivery dates but it keeps getting pushed back further and further. We asked for a refund so we could go somewhere else and was denied. My wife had to call the corporate office and speak with the managers, manager in order to get any answers. That was 3 weeks ago and still we are waiting. Maybe one day we will get all of what we paid for. The customer service is unable to help you or give you any straight answers. There latest is that they call on a day to change our delivery and we gave them the go ahead. We were in LA that day and never received any calls on our cell phones. My wife has gotten so frustrated with them that has brought her to tears. They are degrading, dishonest and far from a company of integrity. We placed the order at the beginning of the summer and school starts next week. As family has come and gone we have had to sit on the coach to eat as we have waited for our dinning set. I have personally spoken with Mimi and Johny. My wife didn't recall who she had spoken with. I can understand delays but never once did I hear "I am sorry" We finally recieved our furnature, but what a hassle.
