Description of Work: House cleaning.

Description of Work: Unfortunately, my mother's house was cleaned poorly. It was not a professional job, at all. In fact, when I looked around while the workers were still there, I pointed out several places that were not clean in the kitchen. The chairs and tables had not been moved in order for the Bona to be used on the hardwood floors. (For instance, when I apply Bona, I move furniture and allow it to dry for over half an hour. They worked in the kitchen for less than 20 minutes but told me that the Bona had been applied and dried.) The kitty litter had not been moved in order to sweep and mop the floor. The microwave had food left in it. The top of the stove looked as though it had not been touched....there was a long hair on the top of the stove, along with crumbs. The sink had food left in it. I pointed out these things to the supervisor on duty. After she left, the problems had not been fixed....in fact, there was some sort of white film on the bottoms cupboards. Furniture was not moved to vacuum. My mother's home is small and does not have a lot of furniture. I expected them to move chairs to vacuum, dust, wash doorknobs and light switches....you know, basic stuff. The floors in both bathrooms were not swept, as evidenced by dust and hair left on the floor. My sister arrived from Northern California that evening. She, also, was surprised by the poor cleaning job. My mother is elderly and ill. Her eyesite is poor and her hearing is very bad so we help her out by hiring cleaners when needed. She has used other cleaning services in the past and she's never had a complaint. Molly Maids of Bakersfield did an unprofessional job. I needed a 3 hour job but they were 3 hours late, so I assume they didn't have time to do a thorough job.
