They sold me the carpet and had a private contractor here in town install it for me. Their employees didn't install it, but they contracted out with a guy. I don't remember the name of his company, but they ended up making some mistakes and I ended up getting the carpet for free because of some guarantee Lowe's had, which kind of worked out great for me. The mess up was not their fault but they did an absolutely great job in rectifying it. It was supposed to be $800, but it ended up being free. I'm not a really great shopper. We saw something that we liked and it was our price range so we got it. The work was great, the installer did a good job installing it. I haven't had any issues with it coming up or being loose or anything like that. The carpet isn't high quality, but it's durable. We haven't had any issues; no problems.
Description of Work: I did get carpet from Lowe's and they used a private contractor to install it.
