She was the consummate professional, and very pleasant to work with throughout the entire process of sprucing up the house's interior and exterior and yards to make the house more appealing and marketable, setting a reasonable and fair selling price, advertising , showing it to potential buyers, and negotiating the closing. We appreciated her knowledge and creative ideas for increasing curb appeal and for making the house marketable to potential buyers, without costing us any more out of pocket than absolutely necessary. Our house had been a rental, and was pretty well trashed by the last tenants, so there was a lot of fixing up to do! Linda's guidance was invaluable. Linda Oliver displayed great integrity and professionalism throughout the entire process.
