Krisdan Klear Pool Service

very well - this happened about a year ago - had a new VS pump, controller, pool heater and lights. Prompt and clear communication, reasonable prices and follow up on minor programming issues with the new system. This company has my trust.

I had 2 pumps that seemed to go bad. I called three companies, 2 of which I had used before at my prior house. One company came out to look at my broken pumps and then proceeded to try to sell me on a variable speed pump. What about my broken pumps - they came out again and never gave me an estimate. The two others never called back to even look at my pumps or ask any questions. I am just giving this background as to how worried I was at calling the next name. I wanted someone professional and my wife used facebook to find KrisDan Klear. They provided the best service, best communication, and best response to questions and updates on progress that I have not seen in awhile from companies in Bakersfield. People sign on to Angies List because they don't want to play the lottery on selecting a provider. You don't have to on pool services. You will be happy with KrisDan Klear and their prices are fair. I was not going to give a B on price- the prices could be lower but I am sure that would come at some expense so there is a value to communication and assurances the job is being done and not forgotten so that is why I give an A. I forgot to mention that I feel the job could not have happened any faster and it was completed within expeciations. Overall very happy with the work and experience.
