His work is high quality. We have a lot of people and animals moving through our home, and we get our fair shares of stains and spills on the carpets. Let's just say our house is well lived-in! Eric is always able to remove the stains and make the carpet looking good as new! Kidwell Brothers is always on time, priced-fair, and delivers quality service.
Description of Work: Cleaned our carpets throughout the house. We've also used Kidwell Bros for upholstery cleaning. Lots of kids, lots of animals, lots of stains on the carpet.

I have brought up four children in this house, and over the years we have presented him with quite a challenge year after year, but Eric always comes through with flying colors.  + -1 moreWas on time, professional except on saying the carpet was cheap. If an opinion is asked fine but in this case was not. I have no issues with this carpet. I did call them up and stated I thought the price was too high and that the masterbedroom was missed. He offered too come back and cleaned it but at an additonal charge. I declined. They later called,several times, and said the cleaning would be at no charge; however being I was a new customer I believe Eric should have offered that instead of an addional charge in our previous discussion. I have checked with other carpet cleaning sevices and even with the $45 discount, Kidwell Carpet was higher. Eric did a great job on what was done except that I had asked that protection be placed on all of the bottoms of legs on my table, hutch and cabinet as they have metal on them and rust will occur if they stand in moisture. The table was only done. He did place protectors on my sofa and 2 chairs in the living room.
Description of Work: Cleaned 2 rooms carpet plus very small area in bedroom, missed the master bedroom due to a misunderstanding. . .

Yolanda was extremely helpful with her instructions on how to prep pet stains for cleaning. Eric was very knowledgable, professional and friendly. They are definitely THE BEST. I HIGHLY recommend.  + 0 moreMy couch looks great!!!! I followed his recommendation and am replacing the polyester carpet with a nylon carpet fiber. Eric is very knowledgable and has a fantastic reputation in his field. I will definitely call him in the future and recommend him to my friends!!
Description of Work: Eric came to my house to clean 1 1/2 yr old carpet and clean our couch. My newer carpet was not wearing well and Eric explained to me that I had purchased an inferior quality product (polyester). He told me that he could clean it but that I would still be unhappy with the overall condition of my carpet. I chose to just have him clean the couch and am replacing the carpet with a much better quality carpet. My couch looks great (2nd cleaning). Better job than the first cleaning. My initial impression of Eric's friendly, honest , professional service was confirmed when I went carpet shopping. He is very well respected in his field!!! Thank you Eric for your help!!

Description of Work: Deep cleaned carpet that had not been cleaned professionally in several years. Took extra time and effort to clean six foot wide, fourteen step stairs.

 + -1 moreMy appointment was easy to set up, convenient for me, and included a special discount. He arrived on time, was a pleasure to e around, and completed the excellent carpet cleaning fairly quickly. I was given instructions of actions I could take in advance of the cleaning that helped even an "impossible" stain nearly disappear. My carpet has never looked better. I was called later to check on any problems I had seen/ensure my satisfaction. Kidwell's really is the best in town. By the way, the normal price is on a par with many other such businesses, and the extra cost was due to the need for carpet protection from my two mess-making dogs.
Description of Work: He cleaned my very dirty carpets better than anyone has in the past, He was efficient, very pleasant to deal with, and I would never hire anyone else to do my carpets in the future.

Description of Work: I would not recommend this company to anyone. No, they did not perform any services at my home. We did not get to that point. I called this company based on the reviews. I was put on hold twice. I heard her tell someone that she needed to hurry. I told her that I needed an estimate. We agreed on a time slot. I told her that I had tried to fill out an online form on her website but the website told me that the clients email was not correctly set up. I asked them to check on that because it would be faster to do it over email. She told me that she would check on the problem. I told her that this was a tenant occupied home. I told her if the price was right and they would schedule it they would be able to clean an empty house. She told me the estimate would come the next day. I explained again that she did not need to worry about the tenant as that was my responsibility. Then she told me that the cleaner would come the next day and do the work. I told her I could schedule it any day, why are you trying to pressure me. They told me that there was no point in them coming if they could not work the next day. I told her I had the right to obtain an estimate, why are you pressuring me to hurry? I will not go blindly into a contract. She continued to argue with me and I decided to submit a review on this bad customer service. My two choices were to have the estimator come to do the work the same day or guaranteed to do it the next day.
