+ -1 moreI have a monthly contract with him. He does not charge me extra on top of the monthly agreement to do extra work.
Description of Work: He sprays for spiders. He also does any other types of insects besides termites. He does exterior and interior work.

Description of Work: We use Kern Pest Control for our seven rentals. We have a contract with them and they come out monthly to spray inside and outside. The price varies per house but it's about $30 to $35.
