+ -1 moreIt's been a month now, and I never got a quote, never got a call back, I've called the office at least twice, Each time I was assured she would call me back as soon as she got finished with her current customer. Meantime, my house is not secure. If they didn't want to do the work, they should have just told me so!
Description of Work: My house was burglarized - two doors kicked in. Called Kern Glass (their ad in the yellow pages says they do residential doors). Had a representative (Staci) come and measure my doors, make suggestions as to the types of doors that should be there, left me some literature, said she'd get back to me with a quote. I was pleased and was defininitely going to hire this company to do the work.
