Description of Work: Sears sent them out to install a new opener and they destroyed our door. The bolts are bent and the door is now torn. They refused to take responsibility and admit fault. Now we need a completely new garage door.

+ -1 moreWe had a few bumps. We were sold 1 door @ the showroom & when they got there to install it was not the same door we had purchased. We were very satisfied with the way it was handled. We also had a problem with the noise level of the door due to the hinges. It took 2 trips to correct but they were diligent on getting it fixed. The Rep that came out was very professional.
Description of Work: The spring broke on the garage door that already had a cracked panel. Instead of fixing the spring we decided to put the money towards a new garage door.

+ -1 moreIf I have to complain anything, I have a couple of properties that I use and they were really good. They will come back with a free charge. I really like them. The only problem was they were too busy, the appointment is very hard but if you can wait, it's an excellent place.
