+ -1 moreKelli's spa service did a great job in getting my spa working with no leaks! The spa needed 10-12 jets replaced as well as a new waterfall. Kelli's spa service repaired it and it is working leak free! I fully recommend Kelli for any repair needs on your spa! A++++++++

+ -1 moreKelli was very good about coming when she said she would. She did a great job with fixing up our spa and explaining how everything worked. She recommended the most cost-efficient supplies for keeping our spa clean. She even wrote out detailed instructions for amounts of spa chemicals! She is thorough and a hard worker and I would definitely recommend her to others.

+ -1 moreThe spa kept shutting down for no apparent reason. I first called Rosedale Pool and Spa Supply (from Angie's List). They only service in-ground spas; however, they gave me the number for Kelli's Spa Service and Repair. They said Kelli works on above-ground spas and specializes in Cal Spa products. I called Kelli. It was obvious immediately that she was very knowledgeable. She explained her fee structure and what she suspected was the problem. I made an appointment for her to come to my home. She arrived on time. When she arrived at our home she was very well prepared. The problem was as she suspected and she repaired it quickly. She also noticed a problem we were not aware of and we made arrangements for her to return as soon as the part arrived. While she was here, she explained maintenance tips we were unaware of. While talking to her, I learned that she is factory trained and authorized to repair most brands of above-ground spas. I strongly recommend that anyone needing service for an above-ground spa call Kelli's Spa Service.
Description of Work: Kelli replaced the Pressum Switch on our Cal Spa above-ground spa. I strongly recommend Kelli's Spa Service. It has been a long time since I encountered a businessperson with her professionalism and service.
