Description of Work: I am renting a home from them. I moved into the house and it came with cockroaches & mold. The home has a swamp cooler & gets up to 94 degrees inside in the summer. We have been here for 6 months now & they installed the screens last week. There is a hole about 1/2 in. in diameter in my daughters room that allows you to see outside, the sliding door is in bakwards and because of that it doesn't secure well and is extremely drafty. They sprayed for cockroaches once, but they of coarse came back. I have been calling for about a month for them to send an exterminator. My children have nightmares because of the cockroaches, and a few minutes ago there was a 3 inch long cockroach running around in my daughter's room. She was sitting on her bed screaming and crying. My other daughter wakes up crying at night because she dreams there are cockroaches crawling on her. I bought some bug spray and spray weekly & I mop all the floors daily & keep the house very clean. I've never had cockroaches, but can't seem to get rid of them. On top of that, every time I call the property management company they are very rude. They have a place to email in if there is any maintenance issues. I've only used the website once, but got no response. The maintenance workers are very friendly, but don't call ahead before coming. They don't come inside unless I'm home and okay with it, but I don't really get any notification of them coming. My lease is up in April and I'm definately moving.
