The estimator gave me two prices on doing the job with different materials. He was going back to the shop and was going to look up some other prices of material and call me with more prices based on these new material prices. He never called back and I have not heard from Jaguar since.

It was excellent. They came out and measured and it was installed properly. I had no problems at all and their work was excellent.

At first all seemed fine. The gates were made and put up in a timely manner. A few weeks ago we noticed rust on the gate. I called Jaguar to get someone out to check the problem. When a call was returned by the installer he told me he would be in our area in a couple days and would check the gates. After waiting about 3 weeks I called again. I was told again that a message would be delivered. I asked and quot;that's it?and quot;. The response was and quot;well I can't go out there myselfand quot;. I then told them that I wanted this problem taken care of before there were more problems. Then I was laughed at. After 2 days with no response, I went into the office. when I told them who I was, and wanted to know why I was laughed at, I was told, and quot;that's because you have been rude each time I talked to youand quot;. I told her that I wanted them to know how frustrating this has been. Then was told and quot; well I want you to know that paint is only guaranteed for 90 daysand quot;. My contention is that it wasn't painted properly in the first place if it rusted in so short a time. Obviously they missed some of the area or didn't use primer, or something. Since then I have talked to others (something I wish I'd done first). Others have had the same problem. One friend told me his was completely rusted through in a year and a half. It is a mystery to me why this place has stayed in business with such poor quality work. I will tell everyone I know not to do business with Jaguar Wrought Iron. My overall ratings are based on this narrative. Initially they came out and gave estimates and did the work in a timely manner. Of course I hadn't paid them yet.

Their prices were competitive, we had also received one other bid and decided to use Jaguar. There was a problem with the fence after they installed it. I think one of the gates was off balance and they sent someone out to repair it. The man that came out did not do a good job so they sent someone else right out to repair it again. They were then able to fix it right away with no problem. We would use them again.
