Description of Work: They ran an electrical line.

Description of Work: We hired Mr. Quiocho do the following: Patch and Paint entire interior of the house (2000sq ft), Patch a hole in the roof, Replace 4 interior doors, Replace all the ceramic tile in the kitchen (good size kitchen), Shampoo all carpets twice (for main walkways), Sand and repaint front door and columns at front door, install Carbon monoxide detector and 2 smoke detectors, Replace master bathtub faucet and replace a few wall plates on electrical receptacle.

Description of Work: Remodel bathroom.

Description of Work: Added electrical, wall, kitchenette and new back door.

Description of Work: Install a gas fireplace, mantel and rock facing, drywall repair.

Description of Work: Integrity Construction built a huge 108' x 6' block wall and a 37' sitting height block wall and put in a small cement pad to connect a side and front area.

Description of Work: Contractor repaired leak that was causing damage to apartment below.

Description of Work: They built a bathroom and laundry room, put siding on my house. Rebuilt a garage and installed windows.

Description of Work: I had a new roof put on, the house exterior painted, a new garage door and motor installed, and three patio covers built. REVISED/UPDATED 8/20/12 so 1) Integrity Construction would not give me a copy of my receipt; required so I could get a lowering of my home insurance...why???They blamed it on Barry Hanner. And Barry Hanner turned out to be a man of no principle. which is why I turned to them for the receipt. 2) Integrity Construction had a painter, Lowell, paint my home. I complained he was not doing a good job. He did not use the original color of paint on the trim or the type of paint specified in the contract and he did absolutely no prep so painted over cobwebs and clumps of dirt on the house. There is hardly a straight line between colors, overspray on my fences and doors so lightly coated everything is see through. I have three types of paint on my homes body. cheap, more expensive and a few very small areas of the paint I had ordered in my contract. It was to last my lifetime and now within the year my home will look like the foreclosed home I bought. Integrity thought Lowell did a good job when they looked until I said I would have Barry Hanner’s brother, a professional painter (Ron Hanner) redo/ repair the job. Understand Integrity had his wife call to say she and Vince had just painted a something and they would fix it. I am a professional painter/artist with years of experience. They could not "fix" what had been done, redone and touched up without being someone who has experience in redo’s. Once I “let” them off the hook they came over and took photos and listed to Lowell why he would not be getting the final payment for his work. Though I understand they are demanding Barry still pay them. Now Barry Barry Hanner is not a man of principle Barry has taken $12880.00 of my money and I have not patio covers and no work area and no garage door. I am new to this area, 63, a woman, ill and was setting up my home and yard so I could do refinishing of furniture and build things I could still do….now I am stopped from moving forward to make a living and I am heartsick.

Description of Work: Vincent repaired an exterior stair case where the stucco had broken and fallen off. When he came to give me an estimate, he felt the debris falling posed a risk and took care of it immediately. He did not want to leave it in an unsafe condition, and took care of moving the debris regardless of whether I hired him for the job or not. I have been so happy to have a contractor that I know I can trust.

Description of Work: Replaced a 4' X 4' section of wood siding and painted.

Description of Work: This company removed termite-damaged window frames, replaced windows, framed in new wall area, drywalled the interior, and duplicated exterior wood siding. They also repaired exterior stucco and wood trim, and painted/stained the exterior of my entire house.
