Description of Work: My home warranty company sent Golden Quality Plumbing to fix a water leak in the kitchen ceiling caused by the upstairs Jacuzzi bathtub. When Golden Quality Plumbing arrived the plumber cut a hole in my kitchen ceiling and diagnosed the problem to be cracked grout and the need for caulking around the Jacuzzi tub. The plumber was paid the $55 service fee required by the home warranty company. The home warranty company paid the rest of the costs. I paid out of pocket to have the grout repaired, caulking, drywall and painting of the kitchen ceiling. By November, 2011 I again had the same problem of a wet ceiling in the kitchen in the same exact place. Obviously the problem was misdiagnosed and not fixed correctly.When the repair was finally done correctly the problem was that a home made lever was used when the Jacuzzi tub was installed by the licensed contractor and that a Jacuzzi part should have been used as well as a new "P Drailn". If the repair had been diagnosed correctly I would not have had to have my kitchen ceiling cut open and repaired twice.

Description of Work: I was comparing pricing and honesty and work required for a client purchasing a rental property, I called Golden Plumbing as 1 of the companies I was considering to place the contract with. Terry was very freindly, punctual and professional, A couple of the compaies I received estimates from I was not impressed with I felt they were milking the job, This plumber did not instead of laying out that the w hole home needed repiping, he told me what it did need and showed me the difference in the piping and why he felt it did or did not need replacing, my hats off to him in all catagories. It is now April of 2012 I have used Terri Multiple times and am very satisfied and have referred him to other clients as well they are as satified as I am I will keep calling this company first for all plumbing work needed ofr al my investments.

Description of Work: I have a home warranty service so price may vary. The owner of Golden Quality Plumbing did excellent work on our house. We have an older home and had some drain stoppage. He came quickly and was very professional. He seemed very knowledgable and trustworthy. The problem was quickly resolved.

Description of Work: Terry has dug up roots and replaced outdoor pipes, taken out hair in the drain, hooked up my gas dryer, installed my new toilets. He always explains everything to me when I ask and knows just what to do to fix the problem.

Description of Work: He replaced all of the plumbing fixtures. He also installed a sink, a shower head, and two toilets.
