Flooring Liquidators - Bakersfield

Very bad experience. They were ~1 week late starting the work. The work they did was horrible. They did not put base boards back properly. Literally laid base board pieces against the wall with nails sticking out. Broken pieces of baseboards were carefully placed together to look like they were connected. Spoke with the Rosedale store manage multiple times. Did not receive any discount or anything resembling an apology for the problems. I was given a response that they did not directly employ the subcontractor and were not responsible. I had to pay an independent contract to come finish the job. Carpet/Tile boundary was not properly secured/finished. Carpet has frayed and eventually vacuuming ripped the carpet at the edge. Now there is a rip in my carpet. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I will never recommend their manager for any job.

The Flooring Liquidators on Rosedale wen the extra mile to walk us through a smart decisions about carpet, were kind and patient and full of good humour even when they were clearly busy, and even provided information about other in-home repair contractors that might be useful to me. They forgot to tell me the carpet tacks would be extra so they didn't charge me. They were true to their word and price and called to be sure everything was going smoothly before and after the install. They had the same professional and knowledgeable attitude about my account no matter who I talked to -which we all know is impressive for any service center! I have to admit when the installers rolled up I got nervous -when you choose their service, they choose the installers. We had such bad experience with painters a few days previous and real estate agents a few weeks previous, that my nerves shot through me that again we had chosen the wrong service provider. But to my delight, in 108 degree heat, they were done with all four rooms in a day and the result is fantastic. They forgot to haul away the old carpet, but I called and they came back to do so within 24 hours. Stellar all around, especially compared to every other Provider we had to hire to get into our new house. They were a refreshing breeze in the process.

Went with this company, they did a pretty good job. They did not order the correct amount of carpet and blamed us and charged us an additional 250 due to the shortage but overall the work was good.

We went with another company for the job.

Best in the Business - on time and very professional company. Sean Corbin and Steven were the best and they made sure that work is completed on time without headache.
