+ -1 moreBryan was timely, professional, and very nice. He examined 4 different systems and provided advice without a charge. He checked the filters and noted they were still good. Very honest! He took his time and stated no charge as he did not feel he provided any direct service. The truth was he checked all systems and provided reassurance that all was in good working order. He also suggested an electrician need be addressed for safety reasons. I will definitely use him for all of our plumbing needs.

+ -1 moreI had already been through a using another plumbing company which shall remain nameless...okay I held it in long enough...it was Another Company! After two separate visits by them and writing checks for hundreds of dollars and getting an additional quote from the owner for another $800.00. I said enough! Fast forward to present day...Fam-Lee was friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and affordable. Thank God at last for a licensed (CA Lic# 967857) contractor. Mr. Lee spent a few hours identifying and repairing each and every problem. Ready to explain every step and answer every last question...poor man, I asked a lot of them! All the work was done to my complete satisfaction and a new faucet installed for a total price of...wait for it...$250.00! I think I have discovered the best kept secret in Kern County!. And I think the other plumbers in town just better step up their game!!! Thanks Mr.Lee!!!
Description of Work: We had a plumbing disaster in our home. A steady flow of hot running water in our kitchen sink and bathtub. The bathtub / shower diverter was non-functioning. A clogged shower head, a clogged pipe in the attic, as well as needing a water line added for the new refrigerator. A plumbing nightmare! I was just waiting with much anticipation for the water tank to blow to complete our woes. It felt as though any moment my children and I would be rowing across the living room trying to retrieve the half drowned cat!!!
