FABRIC CENTER UPHOLSTERY

All employees I dealt with were exceptionally friendly, polite and professional. My chair's leather covered arms were worn open showing the stuffing. Also the chair was uncomfortable as the stuffing was "used up". The rest of the leather was fine. I was in a sense seeking advice about what to do with the chair(that I used to love). Doug(I think he is the original owner's son) explained that the holes where normal and the quality of the leather was good(not bonded as I'd thought). So with his help I decided to replace the worn leather with a suitable cloth upholstery fabric and rebuild the furniture from metal out and replacing the original leather covering. It did take some time to complete as they needed to get the fabric from a snowed in location(?). I got it home and I think it maybe more comfortable than it ever was!

david and his crew did a beautiful job on my chairs, sparing no effort on details. the sofa is a complicated chippendale style. the finished product is terrific. i have taken two more chairs to david and am confident that i will be thrilled with the result.

Took in (2 trips...all that fit in my car!) 6 wooden rotating bar stools that had original fabric on the seats that was falling apart. The stools were re-covered in a much sturdier fabric. The work was completed in a timely manner, an excellent job, and the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend the Fabric Center for any upholstery need, whether it be fabric (a large selection available!) or the upholstery job itself.

Fabric Center Upholstery picked up the sofa and ordered our chosen fabric.. They are the nicest group of gentlemen, all three are very polite and care about their customers. Next time, we will know to order the fabric first, if we want a specialty fabric.. with all the bad weather, back east, the fabric took a bit of time to arrive as it was shipped from New Jersey.. the sofa was completed and back in our home within a week of them receiving the fabric. We did not now that the cushions were bad till we sat on the completed sofa.. it is firm and a very comfortable sofa.. we did not realize through the years that we had flattened the cushions.. with the newly upholstered sofa, we no longer sink into the sofa :D The sofa looks wonderful.. we are very pleased with 'Fabric Center Upholstery' and our choice of fabric, it was definitely worth the wait.

They did a fantastic job!! The sofa and loveseat are like new. They did the job quickly in only 2 days, which considering they had to take the furniture completely apart first, I feel was very fast! Doug and his coworker were very friendly, informative and professional. They took great care not to damage the furniture. I would definitely use them again and refer them to friends!

They picked up the piece, removed fabric, took to the wood refinisher, picked it up and helped me choose a fabric.
