+ -1 moreI LOVE how helpful and responsive the guys at Emser are and even though I didn't purchase my tile from them, they loaded me up with questions to ask my regular contractor ahead of time. I would use them again in a HOT minute.
Description of Work: I went to Emser to look for tile for a 2 bathroom remodel project. Although I did not end up purchasing my tile from them, Scott was very sympathetic to my sitution (single mom who had to replace tile unexpectedly) and kept going over different questions I should ask my contractor. Then when I told him what I was being charged for install, he said it was quite high and suggested I ask a contractor in the store what he charged (not one of THEIR contractors). Long story short, I ended up using that new contractor (mine forgot to schedule me) and the work was incomplete and shoddy. Emser was amazing, always taking my calls even calling that contractor to make sure he was showing up at my house, etc. Even after the contractor refused my calls to fix the errors, Emser tried to talk to him, but he avoided Emser as well.
