Description of Work: Horrible, horrible, horrible. I can't even imagine how this company is still in business. Our rental had a problem on a Saturday morning and when the maintenance "supervisor", Breanna, called to tell me, #1, she was completely rude and treated me as if I had actually caused the problem (pilot light for the water heater wasn't lit) and #2, she decided she didn't want to call our warranty company because "they never respond to me, I guess the owner needs to call." We had to call our own plumber at our own expense after finding out our home warranty company wouldn't take any service orders for our property because there was an 8 month old outstanding bill (from ehamones)!! Pilot light wasn't lit because someone from ehomes or their contractors actually turned the gas line off (no one from the company offered to refund what we had to pay the plumber to go out and figure that out.) We had another MAJOR issue the next day (renters were new and ehomes failed to do any sort of walk through before they moved in) and again, Breanna had an attitude when she called and basically made us do all the legwork. We got on the phone with our plumber and had him go out and take care of it personally. Renters said they called Breanna personally 13 times before she finally took their call and ended up sending two plumbers out (one didn't get paid) blaming someone else in her office. Breanna never once took responsiblity for her attitude and instead of ehomes taking a learning away from this, they sent us a 30 day notice. Mind you, we never EVER had a problem with the prior maintenance supervisor. Horrible customer service. They would rather drop you than take care of you. Owner is impossible to reach (this is a local company) and I have yet to have any of the last six phone calls I've made answered. I don't believe they actually have an office location and every time I have reached someone from the office, they are "on the road and can't really talk right now." Total scheisters. Go someplace else if you want quality customer service.

Description of Work: I am currently renting a home from them and my number 1 issue is the fact i have to call several numbers several times before i get a call back. If it wasnt for the immediate need to move fast i would have never moved forward with this company. The gardeners dont do their job and we are responsible for the pest control which we were not told how badly it was needed. I respect people for their professionalism and they dont have that.
