I just like the fact that he comes when he is called and he does it and you don't even know that he's been here he just takes care of everything.

The front lawn had many spots not getting watered. He refused to honor the 3-year warranty. Had to file complaint with State Contractors License Board to get the warranty honored, then he only fixed one of many problems. State Board refused to help any further, which I don't understand. Said I could take him to small claims court. But I am disabled and housebound and cannot get to court. Many sprinklers do not work, many do not reach the entire grass areas. Timer is VERY hard to operate, not user friendly at all, and now is broken (4 years later but under warranty still by the company) but I have to mail it to Riverside, California for exchange. Ron Dunham is a born-again Christian jerk. His wife is awful as well. Yelled at me for filing a complaint with the board!!! His installers were two young men that spent more time talking and less time working. Dug up one rose and threw it in the compost pile!!! I found it and dug it up and replanted it. NEVER AGAIN!!!
Description of Work: Automatic sprinklers were installed front and back yards.
