Everything went great! I saw the truck while out running some errands and stopped to see if he could make some keys I needed for my front gate. They made the keys and told me to go home and try them and if there was a problem, to call them and they would come out. Everything worked fine and I didn't have any problems!

John showed up on time. Fixed the latch. Said because of the age of the latch it could last 10 minutes, or 10 years. Recommended looking into replacing it with a substitute latch when the time came. Saved me some money by not replacing the latch yet.

Don came on time. Replaced deadbolt part of lock in a matter of minutes. Very reasonable priced service.

We needed new locks due to theft of keys so we had our locks re-keyed. We were happy he was available the day we called and was able to fit us in his schedule. We were very pleased with the service, explanation of options, prices and warnings about potential issues down the road due to the age of some of our items. If I need the services of a locksmith in the future I now know who to call and I hope other Angies list customers do the same - he is a nice guy.

Pretty straight forward. Changed all my locks. Was prompt, professional and price was fair, I thought, for the service.

Called on a Saturday when another contractor called at the last minute to notify me they would not be showing up. Was here in 20 minutes and worked with the gate (apparently a settling problem) until it worked. Very professional and personable. Also gave me the Angie's List discount!

When I called, he gave me appointment choices; then showed up right on time. He gave me an approximate estimate on the phone from my description of the problem - and the final cost was actually a little less, as he cleaned and replaced one part instead of using a new one. (I would not have known the difference). He was very friendly, but professional. I would recommend him to anyone.

He was here promptly, was professional, knowledgeable, and experienced with this particular kind of lock. By way of comparison, another locksmith did this same job for me a couple of years ago, but took four hours and the locks were a bit temperamental when he was done. Mr. Geisy was done in less than half that time, and the locks work absolutely perfectly. He has a workshop in his van, where he has everything he needs to do a job. He also gave me some helpful advice on keeping locks clean and working smoothly. His final bill was exactly as quoted in his estimate. He can be recommended as a fine locksmith. I would hire him again without hesitation.

We received various estimates as to options we may pursue. Once we decided the option we wanted, a date was sent up for the job. John arrived on time and completed the job within 4 hours. Everything works absolutely as it should with no problems. One door on the lever install needed some modifications and these were made without a problem.

Even though the owner's daughter was competing at 6pm for Rose Queen, here he was at 5:30 to help me get in my house. Without destroying my locks or doors he deftly did the deed and gave me the Angie's List discount for the coupon I had printed. I felt safe and well respected, as opposed to wondering whether he'd be back in the middle of the night or when I was at work. He looked at another door that was ruined and cut up from the last locksmith I hired and indicated he could help me get that operational at another time. I highly recommend his services.

John was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had no idea it was going to be such a confusing job. We are still trying to figure out what we are going to do, but John's help was invaluable. I am glad we talked with him before we started the process.

After speaking with several locksmiths on the phone, I decided to use John from Don's Mobile Locksmith for a number of reasons. One - he had great reviews on Angie's List. Two - he was confident he could re-key my old lock (I actually had one locksmith tell me he would rather not touch it). Three - he quoted me the best price. Four (and most importantly) - John just seemed like a nice guy when I spoke with him on the phone (and he was). He was in and out in about 30 minutes and my old lock is working great!
