Dewey Pest Control

Horrible. They only check once a month for gophers unless you contact them. I have about 10 square feet of lawn destroyed since I hired them. It is actually worse than when I tried doing it myself. I was also told I should move the traps if I notice new holes. So I pay them and I have to do the job for them? No, gophers are not a maintenance issues like roaches. You check in until the job is done. Don't hire this company. This is obviously why they do yearly contracts because they would fired after the first month.

Home Owners BEWARE!!! We used Dewey for about a year maybe a little less we signed up for the monthly service at first then switched to quarterly during the winter months, everything was great at first but then we started noticing that the tech wasn't cleaning up the spider webs outside anymore as was the agreement and the last straw was we had been trying to get our quarterly service done for about 2 months and he finally showed up while it was RAINING and wanted to spray so I expressed concern over the spray not working on the wet sufaces to which his reply was and quot;Well I'll have a look and see if there are any dry spots and I'll spray there and come back another day.and quot; Well we never seen him again after that and about 3-4 months later we moved to a new home and got a call from Dewey a few months after that saying we owed them $34 for that service when I told them that i wasn't going to pay for a service I never recieved they sent us to collections and now I have a $200 ding on my credit report!!! After this experince we used Clark Pest control at the new home and haven't had any issues at all! If this is how normal business works at Dewey I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, I'm really hoping they make this right somehow... I can't see paying $200 for a guy to come to my house and walk around in the rain for 5 minutes!!! NO THANKS!!

They are always puntual and supply our needs when requested. We also appreciate their friendly manner.

They send a postcard for me to call to set up the appointment for the termite inspection. This is on an annual contact basis and it is about $200. If I see termite droppings, they will come out anytime between inspections. The pest control is $66 per visit. If I have re-infestation or anything else, I can call them anytime and they will come out for free. This technician has been coming for about a year and he calls the day before to let me know that he is coming and he hasn't missed coming.

They do a great job and don't mind my excited dog jumping all over them.
