Dana's Housekeeping ("Dana's") has supplied an excellent house cleaner which we elected to use weekly. It is an easy phone call to set up the service. Billing is done through the office not through the house cleaner. Dana's asks that you provide a prioritized list of items to be cleaned. The house cleaner works directly from the prioritized list completing the tasks with great competence, ensuring satisfaction, and staying on task for the duration of the house cleaning visit. We have constructed three house cleaning lists. Although most of the tasks stay the same each week, we rotate through the three lists to address items needing periodic attention. The house cleaner is pleasant, punctual, and professional. Dana's work and billing conforms to the previously agreed upon time (e.g., 4 hours of service). If they finish the tasks from hour list beforehand, you are not charged for the full time. Use of a prioritized list allows the tasks you wish completed to get done in the order you desire. This is a very workable system. Dana's likes to know what you want done and how you want it done. This is a tremendous improvement over previous house cleaners who decided on her own what and how to clean. We are extremely pleased with the service. We have used them five times and we are scheduled to continue on our weekly schedule indefinitely.
