+ -1 moreI use them monthly. They don't tell me when they're coming. I think they're using sodium salts. I pay for potassium. I think sodium is much cheaper than potassium. I'm going to order a test from the county so I can test the water to see how much lime and other things are in the water. I'll also have it tested to see whether it is being treated with sodium or potassium.
Description of Work: They're supposed to put potassium salts in the water softener.

The experience was wonderful. The technician was very helpful. He showed in detailed and explained to us how the system works. He gave us recommendations like don't water the plants with soft water because it will help grow weeds. He was very thorough with how to use their products.
