Description of Work: Donald responded to my e-mail asking me to call to set up an appointment for the estimate price for installing surveillance cameras I planned to buy elsewhere. He seemed enthusiastic about the deal. I e-mailed him the website address for the cameras, the model numbers etc. so that he could check the specifications and assist me with my order in regard to the length of cable wires needed. I provided my home address, 621 V St, and telephone, 661-869-2418, and tentatively set up a Wed. 11-9 9:00 time choice or a 1:00PM choice that next Thursday. After not hearing from him over the weekend, I called back on Tues. to see what he had decided. He seemed at a loss for words, but did finally select coming that Friday at 9:00 AM. He sort of laughed when I agreed, as he had evidentally assumed that the only days I had available were Wed. and Thurs., and, for some reason, he had planned not to come at all. As I had suspected, he neither called or came by, and I have not heard a response from him since. I was out several hours in time, that I could have used to contact someone else if I had known that he had changed his mind about doing the job.
