Carlos Shower Doors

I selected the style at their showroom. An employee came to my house and took very detailed measurements. They gave me a date and time and did the installation in about 2 hours. We were very pleased with the result.

Appointments were kept. Installers kept me in the loop on their time from the call prior to mine. Workmanship on removal of old door and installation of new door was top notch. Would use them again without hesitation.

The shower was ordered and within a few days I received a call to schedule installation. Jason (installer) was right on time, removed the old door and hardware and installed new clear glass door with chrome trim, handle and towel bar. It looks terrific and we couldn't be happier with the service. It is also warranted for 1 year to repair or make adjustments if needed. I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs or new installation. The job was completed quickly and no mess left behind. Excellent work.

I went to several stores in town to get estimates for a frameless shower door and found the salesperson at Carlos Shower Doors (JJ) to be vastly more knowledgeable and helpful than anyone at the other stores. The man knows his shower doors, was patient, and displayed a pleasant demeanor. He explained various options we might consider for our situation and prepared bids on each within a timely manner, although it was a few days longer than we were told it would take to get the bids. For us, this was not a problem. The shower door arrived from the manufacturer when it was supposed to and the installer arrived at our home on schedule. The installation went smoothly. At the conclusion, I had a concern about the rubber strip that provides a moisture barrier and was not certain about the explanation the installer gave me. I called and spoke with the store. The store explained that there would not be any leaks and assured me that if I saw any leaks they would come out and make it right. I was not convinced, but after using the shower several times I saw that indeed it did not leak. I hope that it does not leak in the future, but my gut tells me that they would come out and adjust the rubber strips if needed. They seemed to want to make the customer happy. The door and hardware feel solid and the door operates smoothly. They also give you a bottle of the Tekon cleaner and two cloths to help you keep the Tekon coating on the door in good shape.

A good experience and I would use them again. I really like the communications, frequent calls and follow ups.
