Scheduling was super easy. The person on the phone got me scheduled immediately with out delay. Jason (Technician) had a 8-10am window. Called 20 mins prior to arriving. Arrived at 8:30am. Jason arrived in a clean presentable uniform. Jason was extremely professional and polite. Explained in detail the service he provided. He offered me a service plan. This was a great deal and was an easy transaction. He completely serviced my Tankless Water Heater. It is running perfectly. I will recommend On Time Home Services to all my family and friends. My swamp cooler requires 1 very expensive pad and the tech told me that at this point he would not recommend me changing it out but advised me what the signs were when it was time. Called and spoke to Mike. Mike stated that there was an opening between 2-4pm that day. No one showed up and no phone call. Not a good sign. I moved on with another vendor.

The valve connections were corroded, but Carlos was well equipped and completed the work promptly. He also noticed a drip from another connection and tightened it also.

The job went very well. Our air conditioner stopped working and it was the compressor that went out. The air conditioner was 20 years old so we decided to replace it. They gave us a price to repair it and replace it with 2 different units. we replaced our water heaters at the same time and got a pretty good deal by changing all at once. The water heaters were 20 years old too so we figured they would both go out pretty soon anyways so we might as well do it now and save a few dollars.

Overall everything was done well. We had a few bumps here and there but Wade made sure everything was completed. Mike and Ed worked very hard to complete the job. Tip: If you want the old pipes removed from the attic and garage, make it clear upfront and get it in writing.

I had a leak in the cold water faucet, and tried to fix it myself. I replaced the fixture but the leak didn't stop completely. Since the plumbing in my house is 30 yrs.old and the leak kept moving every time I tightened it, I decided to call a pro. The plumber said I was on the right track but didn't use enough plumber's putty. He replaced both faucets at my request. Problem solved.

He called ahead to ask if he could arrive before his scheduled time. Very professional. Did a great job.

Two men arrived with a large vacuum machine. They were curtious and functioned professionally. They were finished in about 45 minutes.

We came home to discover water running on side of our house around 9:30 Pm. We called Benjamin Franklin as they offer 24 hour service, they told us emergency service fee up front so there would be no surprises. They had someone out within the next hour that fixed it. They arrived ahead of schedule and was courteous. They fixed the leak promptly. I would say charges were reasonable for what they did and time they came out.

I got a quote from one of there representatives at the Home and Garden show. I also got quotes from 3 other companies there. Ben Franklin plumbing was very competitive with the other companies but they were the only ones that offered a Angie's list discount. I contacted them on Monday 2/23 and set up appointment for Thursday 8-10 AM. Ed was here promptly at 8:00 AM and removed and replaced a 50 gallon 20 year old water heater in less than 2 hours. Very pleased with their work and would definitely use them again for any plumbing problems.

The price was reasonable and we were happy with the service. We would highly recommend them.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing (Mike) arrived early, examined the problem and gave me my options, proceeded to replace the water heater and was finished in a couple of hours. The job was exactly as I wanted.

He did a good job. He hit a few bumps because he needed to replace the valves because they are an older type which have a high failure rate. He explained everything to me so that I would not feel I was getting robbed. Overall, they did an excellent job. However, the final price tag was near $800. Granted, they were here for four hours and had to make a run to Lowes(?) for some parts. But $800 was a ridiculous amount. I just needed to have the faucet installed right then because we had 12 dinner guests coming over that evening. I would use them again only in an emergency but only because they are so expensive.
