I have been using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for the past 2 years. They are punctual, courteous, reliable and do excellent work.

THEY ARRIVED AT THE APPOINTED TIME, LOOKED AT THE AREAS THAT NEEDED REPAIR, STARTED & COMPLETED THE PROJECT TO MY SATISFACTION, FAST WITH NO PROBLEMS.

Installed water heater and repiped to water heater. Wiring was done wrong at factory for water heater. Called Ben Franklin and talked to the supervisor, he said he would come out and check it himself. He did and fixed it within 15 minutes on Saturday night. He then gave us his card with his personal cel number in case of any problems. There were none. Great service and good price.

I placed a call to the office and received a friendly and courteous person who took my information and gave me a time table for work to begin. The person arrived on time (within an hour) and was very professional and completed the work without any problems. I will use this business in the future for any plumbing problems.

Their response was great...within 3 hours we had a new water heater in place and of course the 15% discount went a long way in helping with the cost. Regardless, the technician was punctual, professional and very thorough.

I tried to replace the shower valve myself. The result was that I damaged the valve which might require removal of the tile to gain access. The technician was able to replace the valve in an hour with no damage to the shower tile.

First visit , called to say they were on the way. Very polite , professional, and friendly. Had a leaking kitchen faucets after looking into it came to conclusion it needed to be replaced. Had toilet that would not flush, needed a part he did not have with him. Called in and found the part, said to call when I had purchased a faucet and was ready to have have items taken care of. There was no charge for first visit. Had different plumber come back to do the jobs. He was also very polite , professional, and friendly. It did take a bit long ,he had to leave to get parts 2 times. Maybe things were not communicated completely, in the end they did a good job.

Great! Michael was punctual and professional. He even wore boot covers before he came in the house. Unclogged the drain and gave me information on re-piping my old house. Will definitely use again if needed.

I attempted to perform a DIY; trying to remove the cartridge, that would not budge, I broke the plastic flange. I wanted to match it at Home Depot but could not get it out. I researched the plumber list on Angie's at 1 PM Friday and called the Benjamin Franklin franchise and talked to the owner, Mike. He told me that he was on call and had given the other guys the time off on Memorial Day weekend to be with their families. He said he could be out by the next day between 12 & 2PM. He called on Saturday at 11 AM and said he could be at the house right then, I told him I was in the middle of an errand and asked if we could meet at 11:30 & he agreed. Mike arrived at 11:30 and went to work. He had the part in his truck. There were a few simple issues with the cartridge alignment and being overlubed out of the box. Mike was up to the task & completed the work patiently & with purpose. Price included a 15% Angie's list coupon discount, but was up graded to a deduction of the service/travel charge of $49 for total charge of $138 covering the repair fee.

Both for the quote and the actual work, Manny arrived promptly, was courteous, professional and explained all the items in detail. The work was neatly done, as it required that he dig around the pipe to gain full access, he put everything back where it was originally and was very thorough in measuring the water pressure afterwards at all points in the house. We are very happy with the results and would use Benjamin Franklin again in a heart beat. The quality of the work and the person doing the work was totally top notch.

When I called, the person was very helpful and courteous. The plumber Manny's experience and knowledge was stellar. He was communicative and responsive to my inquiries. He cleaned his mess, gave me some advice about the wear and tear on the other pipes and describe to me thoroughly what he did. The only con is the price. I used the coupon and it was applied before the $49 travel fee. This fee is exorbitant. I think this should be told to you on the phone when you make the request for service. I had told the phone person I wasn't in a hurry and this was a weekday (not an emergency weekend job). This was not EVER mentioned until I was handed the service contract to sign...by then, you're stuck. I might refer this company but would definitely mention the price.

Overall experience was great. After shutting off the meter, I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. The office dispatcher made an appointment for me right then and there with a window from 12 pm to 4 pm, I called at 11:45 AM. I was amazed how fast they responded. They were there by 1:30 pm. The plumber saw the situation, helped dig to the source, told me the price of the repair and even gave me the option of calling the appointment off and doing it myself or for him to finish the job. (Now I gave them a "B" for price, because the plumber even said, they may not be the cheapest and I am not sure what the going rate is.) I just know, I didn't want to take the chance myself and had him do it. He did a great job and replaced the hose bib, it was worth it. They saved the day and the weekend. Definitely a good company.

He came in and knew exactly what to do. He fixed the side that was leaking. He initially over-charged me, but the office called me and told me that he accidentally charged me for both sides. Overall, I was happy with the service.

He was prompt and professional. Everything he needed was on the truck so there were no delays. He was very careful to be very neat and clean despite having to remove the upstairs water heater through the house.

We saw this place on angies list and they had good reviews, so decided to call ourselfs and get someone here, They came the same day we called, and work was done within a hour, was good service and very kind worker, will come back for sure!
