+ -1 moreChris has a very relaxed persona and makes one feel at ease immediately. He listens intently and confirms the desires we choose. If we ask for his opinion he will share it. Otherwise, you get what you ask for. We had a few drawers that once they were made, we realized they were too small and we needed to have the two side by side drawers be one drawer and not two. When we approached him on the detail change, he noted the change and made the change order without any dialog. So far we are very happy with our cabinets. We got a few added features we did not expect (automatic closing drawers) and corner drawers that are state of the art.
