+ -1 moreThe services Bob performed went very well. The difficult part was working with the EUC out of Fresno and Santa Cruz. The PG&E website where I learned of the rebates and the EUC program was unclear and the bureaucracy and red-tape was problematic. Many phone calls and emails finally got things straight. In fact, Bob was also concerned whether or not I would receive the promised rebate and offered to wait for the final payment of the balance pending receipt of my rebate check - which I did receive.
Description of Work: Home energy audit Test-In for the Energy Upgrade California (EUC) rebate program. Bob Storar, the owner and Cal Certs rater came to my home at the appointed time to discuss the energy audit and what was involved. He was able to accommodate my request in a short period of time, because there was a fast approaching deadline to be met. All work was done on time, the energy audit was completed on time and the paperwork was submitted on time. He made another personal visit to my home to deliver a copy to me and to explain the recommended energy upgrades which would make my home more comfortable, improve the indoor air quality and reduce my utility costs.
