The product was as described, good quality, and with a lifetime warrenty. A little over a year later, one tiny string (a leg) broke on one blind, I called and was told they would come out to look it over. The owner himself came out, had a great attitude, took the blind back to fix, returned it and installed it a couple days later. Not only honored the warrenty but did all the footwork too. Awesome customer service, product quality, and at a fair price. We would glad recommend this company to anyone.

It you want to be treated like a king (or queen) these are the guys! They have the best showroom in the area with samples, and will spend all the time you want and won't "SELL YOU". They love with they do and try to help with every aspect of improving the feeling of the environment: moving furniture, rehanging pictures and being very sensitive to my preferences in choosing material, colors, etc. Very efficient (almost intuitive) process of shopping for a new home without having to buy an new one and move... that's what I wanted, that's what I got!
