+ -1 moreSet up was fine. No problems there .. just wish the service speed ( as in upload/download) was better in our area of town. The Wifi is hit and miss in certain areas of the house as well. It would be a great help and I would prefer smaller windows of time to make appt - wasting my day is not my favorite things to do.

+ -1 moreBox works great. A lot of people runs down the service Brighthouse has because of the cost. However, the other cable providers make you sign contracts and then once they are over their prices are about the same as Brighthouse. Plus they do t have all the channels I get with Brighthouse.
Description of Work: Had an issue with resetting the cable box. They were able to do it for me without a problem.
