 + -1 moreI wasn't really happy with them. They were late and there were still stains in the carpet after they cleaned it, so we called them. They did come back to do a second cleaning on the spots that we weren't happy with, but I probably would not recommend them. One of the spots came out, but the other one didn't. They used a steam cleaning process and the carpets were excessively wet, so it took several days to dry. There was so much humidity in the house that the windows were all fogged over and wet. Their price was fine and very reasonable, but it took several calls back and forth to get it done.

 + -1 moreOne business I was able to get a live telephone response instead of voicemail. He set up the time and was prompt, professional and came back the next day to check if the stain was gone. Very nice man.
Description of Work: Dog accident on the carpet. He came over and took the stain out.

Stains that have been in my carpet for years that other carpet cleaners have never been able to take out, Best carpet cleaning did!!!! George, owner operator saved me $800.00 from having to replace my living room carpet. After the results of the first cleaning job, I called Best Carpet to shampoo my business office and my mother's home and again I got the same great results. Best carpet cleaning is truly the best!!

 + -1 moreThey showed up on time, did the job carfefully, and were pleasant and professional. I was happy with the outcome, and the price was reasonable. The carpets still look good, one year later.
Description of Work: I had my carpets cleaned, and had a protectant applied so they would not get dirty again so easily. The owner of the company did the work, with the help of his adult son.
