Employees have always been polite and professional. Anytime we have concerns they addresses them and follow up to ensure we have no further issues. Bi-monthly service, however, they will respond to issues more frequently as needed.

We love Banks!!!!!!! After getting away from the horrible customer service at Terminix, we decided to go with the local guys. Our service technician is amazing!!!! Always on time, works with our schedule, and does a very thorough job. If we have any issues we can even contact him by cell and he usually finds time in the next day or so. Thanks Glen!!!!!!

Went well after rescheduling from prior date.

The gentlemen who came to spray entered my home without me inviting him in (my husband wasn't there, so I tried to be extra cautious) and just continued to gradually walk farther into my house. He did not allow for as much personal space as I would have appreciated and he made me feel extremely uncomfortable. As we were getting ready to leave he followed myself and my 2 children outside and and told me just how beautiful my daughter was...twice! He just really gave me pause and to top it all off, he just happened to leave my gate open and let my dogs out! And if that weren't bad enough he made so uncomfortable I didn't think to look at the contract closely as I just thought I was committing to the one time and it turned out it was a year contract! So when they called to schedule the next spraying and I said I would no longer be needing their services. They informed me of the contract and when I declined again they still sent someone out to spray when I wasn't there and billed me for it. When I disputed, they eventually sent me to collections which is now obviously sitting on my credit report.

Banks has done our monthly pest control at our home and business for many years. We have used their handyman service several times for baseboard installation and drywall repair. Always professional friendly and efficient.

Happy with bi-monthly service

Service was conducted every other month as in their contract. I tried to arrange service for the late afternoon so the technician could spray inside as well as outdoors. I was disappointed that after rushing home from work quite often he had already come and gone. I did not pursue the technician returning to spray the interior because we did not have a bug problem inside, other than occasional spiders and earwigs. Then one month (June) without a doubt, we FIRED Banks when not only the technician but the owner treated my husband with the utmost disrespect and belligerence. It happened when my husband got home and found the employee filling up his truck's tank with water from our hose to do his home sprayings. That did not sit well with us as we are very conservative with our water and Banks did not have our permission to do so. The technician became unruly and confrontational; the boss called my husband a "dick." So, that took care of that - we will not do business with a company that fosters that attitude toward the customer and I hope that you do not support them too.

Everything was great - from the initial phone call to the actual service visit. Chad was prompt, courteous and very professional. Very impressed.

They came out and did the work fine. They have been in business for a long time and they look like they will be in business for many, many more years. They just got a good reputation.

Banks Pest Control Inc meet my needs. They come out promptly and keep my house free of critters. Once we had a pretty severe ant problem. We called them and they came out, cleared the problem; no charge. I would recommend them to anybody and I intend to continue with them. 'A's across the board.

DID THE JOB.

They come every other month. I like that they call ahead to make the monthly appointment and let us know that they are in the area and make sure, that time is okay. We don't have to be home for them to come and do what they need to do. They'll come out at anytime, even if it's not the month that they come out for service with no extra cost to treat whatever they need to treat. They are very friendly and easy to get hold of.

They are very good. They are a very responsive group. I have had no problems with them at all. We had a mouse issue and they were here within an hour. The technician put traps down and told me that if I did not want to pick up the mice that he could come do it. The overall experience was excellent. They were punctual, responsive, and professional. I will continue to use this provider.

They got rid of our problem so we decided to stop having them come out, but they did a great job and we would definitely use them again.

We have been using them for the last fifteen twenty years. They come out every other month. They are reliable and if we have any problems we call them and they come right out and address it. We would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

They have been extremely good with us. They do their job and have good communication. They see what needs to be done and they do it.
