Description of Work: I originally wrote my entire saga with this company. I had horrible experiences with them since November 2011. I had been satisfied with the system and work until then (about 10 or 11 years). In November a man spent 4 hours trying to It leaked in April and flooded my house. I was told it was my fault because I had not turned off the water when I went on vacation. They were unable to fix the problem. I was told I needed an entirely new system which I had to purchase if I wanted system to work. I have had the system unhooked from my water supply. I would never use them again even though I had had good service previously.

 + -1 moreThe Company made an appointment for the following day with a two hour window; we requested a call before they arrived. They called thirty minutes before and arived on time.Paul Cole, service technicain, looked at the unit (ten years old) and said its no problem, the parts are under warrantee. After Paul replaced the defective parts he proceded to recaalibrate the unit. Today we have softwater again. The total cost was for a service call. The receptionist was pleasant and had followed through, Paul Cole was also a very pleasant person to work with, and he was ontime and professional, compleded the work in a timley manner.
Description of Work: Service; repair watersoftner. Apollo Gold Series #LQC60 9590 RO. It had stopped producing softwater.
