Nice showroom with sample pool finishes. Schedule went as planned. Pool looks great.

When the salesman came He gave us plenty of literature to explain the entire job. The whole process only took six days, even when we added a few things. There were six crews in my backyard during the process and they were always here when the office told us they would be. The office kept us well informed and all their employees were helpful and professional. Their showroom has everything we needed to make our selections. I would refer them to anyone wanting a top notch company.

I loved them. Something went wrong and even just a couple of weeks ago they came out and they fixed what went wrong for free. There were no issues, no questions, they just sent people out and it was done. I had extras put in there, that's why it was so expensive. They are punctual.

They were here promptly at 7:00 am and had the old plaster and tile removed the first day. They had the tile installed the next day and two days later the plastering was done, the new filter and pump installed and water was flowing back into the pool. The pool tile and plaster look outstanding. Everyone who has seen the pool compliments how it looks and how smooth the plaster feels. They really did a fantastic job.

The sales office has a nice selection of finishes and tiles to choose from. The crews for each step of the process were punctual and polite. The technician doing to start up on the 3M quartz finish did a good job attending to the pool during the process. The pool looks great and no longer an eye soar in the backyard.

As stated above, my overall experience was great. The representative came to my home to give me an estimate the day after I contacted the company. The employees were always available to answer my questions and give good suggestions. They stuck to their schedule, which required working the concrete companies schedule into theirs. They put up temporary fencing around my patio and the pool to ensure the safety of my 2 dogs during the reconstruction.

Curt and Mike have been fantastic to work with. They do a great job and have great ideas when it comes to pools. Our pool was 30 years old and was in need of tones of work. We have been very pleased with the job they have done!
