appliance repair, small appliance repair
+ 0 morei called arly's appliance, thursday for dryer repair. servicer made appt for next day (friday). he replaced the belt and charged me $100.00. he left for his next job, i tried to dry some clothes and it made a loud sound and stopped tumbling again. I called the servicer, he said he would be back as soon as possible; which was about 8 hours later. he checked the dryer and told me that the motor was the problem. he said he could replace the motor for an additional $150.00. i declined that repair. he did not offer to give me even a partial refund for a repair that did not fix anything.
